Fig, Honey-Chevre, Salted Butter, and Rosemary Tostini

I found Honey Chevre in the store. If you can't find it, you have a couple options: a) using the blade of a large knife, mix a couple teaspoons of honey with 8 oz. of goat cheese, or b) drizzle honey over the top of the toast.
Ingredients
  • 6 thick slices of sourdough bread
  • Salted butter, room temperature
  • 8 oz. Honey Goat Cheese* (See note above)
  • 6 fresh figs, thinly sliced
  • Fresh Rosemary
Instructions
  1. Grill or toast the sourdough bread. Once cooled slightly, spread generously with salted butter.
  2. Add a layer of goat cheese.
  3. Top goat cheese with sliced figs.
  4. Sprinkle with rosemary.
